My primary goal is to help you create meaning and fulfillment in your life. Using evidence-based strategies, we will work to clear the obstacles that limit your quality of life and develop tools to enhance the values, actions, and identities that best represent your authentic self.

My practice centers on my firm belief in each individual's capacity to generate meaningful change for themselves. I view my role in this process as a trainer, helping to cultivate motivation through technical expertise, unwavering encouragement, and flexible thinking.

I draw primarily from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and related modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

What To Expect

I tailor evidence-based treatments to empower you to create lasting change. We will start by creating an individualized treatment plan that reflects who you are, where you are, and where you want to go. Using a variety of tools, we will track your progress throughout our work together to ensure that you are achieving the desired results. A typical course of treatment lasts approximately 8-12 sessions, though together we will define what successful completion of therapy entails.

Logistics and Fees

My sessions are typically 50 minutes. I currently see clients via telehealth only. Prior to each appointment, you will receive a link via email or text to join the session.

My rate is $250 per standard 50 min session, $325 per initial 75 min intake, and $350 per 90 minute exposure therapy session. All payments are due at time of session. A good faith estimate of expected charges is available upon scheduling or upon your request. I do not take insurance, however I may be covered as an out-of network provider. Contact your insurance company to learn about your out-of-network benefits. My sessions typically use CPT code 90837.

I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who may be otherwise unable to afford therapy. If this might be you, reach out for details.
