I maintain an active research program focused on the causes and treatments of major mental health concerns across the lifespan. I have conducted federally-funded scientific research at premier research universities, including the University of California - Berkeley, the University of Texas at Austin, and the University of Washington. I have authored over 15 peer-reviewed articles in leading scientific journals. Currently, I conduct research on suicide prevention through Health Services Research & Design at the Department of Veterans Affairs. More information about my academic work can be found at:
